Meeting:
Annual meeting shall be held 2nd Tuesday of January at 8:00 a.m. at the 200 North Main Street, Lower Level Conferernce Room, Ann Arbor.

Authority:
01-0146 created the EDC in accordance with Act 338 of 1974.

Compensation:
As established by the bylaws of the EDC.

Membership:
Under Act 338 the Chair of the County Board of Commissioners, with the advice and consent of the Board of Commissioners, shall appoint nine (9) directors to the Board of Directors of the EDC; and not more than three (3) directors shall be an officer or employee of the County. Terms are for six years staggered for implementation.
