Meeting:
An annual meeting of the Council shall be held in the month of May of each year. Meetings of the Council shall be held as determined necessary. In addition to the annual meeting, a meeting shall be held in October of each year.

Authority:
Bylaws of the Huron River Watershed Council adopted June 3, 1965, amended May, 1974; May, 1978; May 1979, under the Local River Management Act, State of Michgian, Act 253 Public Acts of 1964 as amended.

Membership:
Section 1. Eligibility of those entitled to membership on the Council shall be: (a) each local government using the river for water supply or waste disposal; (b) each country having 15% or more of its area in the watershed. Washtenaw County is entitled to two representatives and two alternates. Official representatives and offical alternates on the Council shall be appointed for two (2) years.
