Meeting:
"The Board of Directors shall meet on the last Thursday of each month. Any and all meetings of the County chapter shall be held at a specified location given with the notice of meetings."

Bylaws, as adopted January 30, 1975, and amended October 27, 1994.

Membership:
Open to any Member Township of the Michigan Township Association in the County of Washtenaw. One member of Township Board from each member Township can serve on the Board of Directors.
