Resolution 02-0084 established a Space Plan Committte to provide a County Facilites short-term (appoximately 3 years) review and recommendation. In addition to advise the Board of Commissioners on the next steps and plan to address the long-term space needs of the county with emphasis on the Courts and Jail needs. Resolution 02-0084 established membership as 3 members of the Board of Commissioners; 3 Judges; Building Authority-nominated by the Building Authority, Michigan Townships Association (nominated by the MTA), Sheriff, Public Defender, Washtenaw Bar Association President, Presecutor, County Administrator and the City of Ann Arbor.
