Authority:
Resolution 98-0234 established the Grading/Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Apeals Board in conformity with the Grading/Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Council Regulation adopted by the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners September 3, 1997. Resolution 00-0080 modified the composition and adopted the bylaws.

Membership:
Resolution 98-0154 established the membership of the Grading/Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Appeals Board to consist of the Washtenaw County Road Commission Director or designee, a member of the general public, a member of the Washtenaw County Soil Conservation District, and a member of the University's Department of Geology/Geography or related area. Resolution 00-0080 modified the composition to eliminate the Drain Commissioner representative and establish a community development representative. Terms shall be for 3 years staggered for implementation.
