The Michigan Aeronautics Commission did on March 19, 2015, determine an ?Airport Hazard Area? for the Detroit Metro and Willow Run Airports as required by Section 17 of Act 23, P.A. 1950.

Resolution 15-0177 appointed three Washtenaw County members to the Zoning Board for three year terms. Two members to represent the areas within the airport hazard area and one to represent the area outside the airport hazard area.
