Meeting:
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every odd month from 8-10 am at the Key Bank Building, 301 West Michigan Avenue, Ypsilanti, in the Alpha Level Conference Room.

Authority:
Resolution 95-0282 created the Workforce Development Board and eliminated the Washtenaw County ETCS Supercouncil (Consolidated PIC/CAB Boards). Governor approved and certified composition of Board by letter dated January 26, 1996. Res. 03-0108 adopted the bylaws of the WDB.

Compensation:
Members receive per diem.

Membership:
Resolution 95-0282 which created the 27 member Workforce Development Board. Resolution 98-0148 reduce the membership to 26. Resolution 99-0013 increased the membership to include a BOC Liaison in addition to the CEO Liaison. Resolution 00-0064 reduced the membership of the Workforce Development Board by eliminating the MESC position, 3 private sector and 1 CBO/Organized Labor position.
