Resolution 050183. On June 21, 2005, the Ypsilanti Township established a LDFA pursuant to the LDFA ACt, PA 281 of 1986 as amended.

Membership:
The LDFA will be goverend by an eleven member Authority Board. The Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners will have one appointment to the Authority Board. The initial Board of Commissioners appointment was set for a term to expire December 31, 2006. After the initial appointment, the term will be four years.
