Meeting:
The Committee will meet a minimum of four times a year, once every quarter of a calendar year.

Authority:
The Committee was established by Resolution 06-0161 on June 2, 2006.

Compensation:
Committee members shall receive $25 per diem and round-trip mileage for each business meeting, including special meetings and working session meetings.

Membership:
Resolution 06-0161 establishes the membership as (3) representatives who are engaged in agricultural production or operate agricultural businesses, (1) representative from the Planning Advisory Board, (1) representative from real estate development interests, (1) representative of environmental/conservation groups or natural resource professional and (1) County Board of Commissioner serving on the Planning Advisory Board or a general public member.
