Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 705 N. Zeeb Road.

Authority:
Act 381 of PA 96. A Resolution of Intent (99-0072) to establish the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and Proposed Zone was adopted on April 7, 1999. Resolution 99-0110 established the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. Resolution 00-0035 approved the bylaws. Resolution 03-0107 amended the bylaws.

Compensation:
Members are eligible for per diems and mileage reimbursement.

Membership:
Resolution 99-0110 established the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority membership as County Administration, County Municipality, Countywide Development Organization, Development Company, Nonprofit Environmental Group and General Public Representative. Resolution 99-0122 added additional Public Representative and Board of Commissioner representative. Terms are for three years staggered for implementation. Resolution #04-0212 eliminated the County Administrator and/or Designee position. Resolution #05-0035 re-established the County Administrator and/or Designee position.
