Meeting:
Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, from 9 to 11 a.m. at 200 N. Main, Ann Arbor, MI, lower level conference room, unless otherwise noted on the County Calendar.

Authority:
Act 381 of 1996, the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act. A Resolution of Intent (99-0072) to establish the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and Proposed Zone was adopted on April 7, 1999. Resolution 99-0110 established the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. Resolution 00-0035 approved the bylaws. Resolutions 03-0107, 15-0017, 18-165, and 19-177 have all amended the bylaws.

Compensation:
Members are eligible for per diems and mileage reimbursement.

Membership:
The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA) shall maintain a membership that reflects the following representation: 1 BOC representative, 3 members representing County Municipalities, 4 members representing Environmental Professional/Legal/Countywide Development Organization, and 1 member representing Community At-Large.
