Meeting:
Executive Committee meetings are held in the SEMCOG Ambassador Room. The meetings are open to the pubic and begin at 1:00 p.m. In 2006, the Committee plans to meet on January 1, February 24, April 28, July 28, September 22, and December 1. General Assembly meetings are scheduled for March 23, June 22, October 26. The meetings are open to the public and begin at 4:30 p.m.

Compensation:

Membership:
All cities and villages, townships, counties, intermediate school districts and community colleges included in the seven county geographical area of Macomb, Monroe, Livingston, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw and Wayne shall be eligible for membership on the Council. To become a member of and retain membership in the Council, a unit shall formally enter into the intergovernmental agreement governing the council and pay the annual membership fee. Each member unit shall have one voting delegate to the General Assembly, except that the counties of Livingston, Monroe, St. Clair and Washtenaw shall have one additional voting delegate and Macomb and St. Clair counties and the City of Detroit shall have two additional voting delegates and the County of Wayne shall have four additional voting delegates. On the Executive Committee the delegates are allowed the following representation: Livingston: Villages 1; Government 2; Intermediate School District 0; College 0; Townships 1 Total 6. Monroe: Villages 1; Government 2, Intermediate School District 0; College 0; Townships 1 Total 4. Oakland: Villages 2; Government 3; Intermediate School District 0; College 0; Townships 1 Total 6. St. Clair: Villages 1; Government 2; Intermediate School District 0; College 0; Townships 1 Total 4. Washtenaw: Villages 1; Government 2; Intermediate School District 0; College 0; Townships 1 Total 4. Wayne (outcounty): Villages 2; Government 5; Intermediate School District 0; College 0; Townships 1 Total 8. Detroit: Villages 3; Goverment 0; Intermediate School District 0; College 0; Townships 0 Total 3. SEMCOG Region: Villages 0; Government 0; Intermediate School District 1; College 1; Townships 0 Total 2. TOTAL: Villages 13; Government 19; Intermediate School District 1; College 1; Townships 7 Total 41.
