Meeting:
The CMH Board meets on the 3rd Friday of every month at 9:30 a.m. at the Washtenaw County LRC (4135 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108).

Authority:
The Board will serve to advise to the County Board of Commissioners, support the work of the Washtenaw County CMH Agency, and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance advice to the Agency Director and the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners. Authority is granted under Act 258 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended by the State of Michigan. Bylaws established under Resolution 22-031.

Compensation:
Members are eligible for per diems.

Membership:
The Washtenaw County CMH Board will be comprised of 12 members, appointed by the Board of Commissioners and must meet the following composition requirements: o At least 1/3 of the membership shall be primary consumers or family members, and of that 1/3 at least 1/2 of those members shall be primary consumers. o Not more than 4 members of a board may be County Commissioners. o Not more than 1/2 of the total board members may be state, county, or local public officials
