Meeting:
The Environmental Council meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 4:30-6 pm at the Learning Resource Center (LRC), located at 4135 Washtenaw Ave., Ann Arbor, MI 48108

Authority:
The Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners established the Environmental Council through resolution #18-191

Compensation:

Membership:
The Environmental Council is comprised of 13-15 members appointed by the Board of Commissioners. No more than 1 member may reside outside the County. The Environmental Council is comprised of: (i) 1-3 County Commissioners (ii) 2 members representing Community Groups (iii) 1 member representing Sustainable Energy Producers (private or non-profit sector) (iv) 1 member representing Land Use and Preservation (v) 1 member representing Sustainable Agriculture (vi) 1 member representing Racial Equity and Environmental Issues (vii) 1 member representing Water Protection (viii) 1 member representing Vehicle Emission Reduction Issues (ix) 1 member representing Public Health Issues (x) 1 member representing Infrastructure Energy Reduction Issues (xi) 1 member representing Labor (xii) 1 member representing Youth
